Great to be back running.  First official week back and I have had a great time. VO2 max day and I got 9 and 4/5 laps. (if that makes any sense)  Thanks for accepting me back onto the team.

Wow. Haven't been here for a while, but its a Monday and I decided to give this blog thing a go.  Today was hard.  Plain and simple.  I am still recovering and building stamina, but this work out kicked my trash.  Twelve minute speed workout and recovery.  I died, like twice.  I did get an awful sideache. I think it was because of todays lunch at school.  THEY NEED TO GIVE US MORE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!   Got to remember to bring something to eat before practice.

WOW,  it is hard to keep up with this thing.  gonna have to try again this week.  Today was ok.  6x400 m sprints w/ 2min recovery with 6x200 in between 400's.  yeah it hurt.  Felt pretty good though.  Need to bring food.

Easy trail run today out on the Arizona strip.  The first mile was awful because of all the loose rocks.  It felt like you were running on gravel.  Then down a mountain and along a really wierd road that was full of ruts and mud.  I forgot food today, but I stashed a banana in my backpack.  It kept me going

I have learned to hate Wednesdays.  It's always a cruel workout that is fast and hard.  I know it will get me better in the end, but right now, I hate it.  Oh well.  I brought food today.  Cinnamon bagel.  GOOD. Today was the tempo run at the Dixie center.  My time was 6:22 for 12:00.  I did less than that and go all the way to the bridge! WaHoo!!

Easy day today with a Kenyan run.  4 miles with plyanbatta after.  We went for ten minutes of silence today and barely made it.  it was fun, but it was rainy.

Track day.  Did 2x200m then 800m twice with a two mile warm up and one mile cool down.  Note to self: Don't eat any apples 15 min before run.

Today I got up and ran on the Olyptical and watched Psych while my dog ran on the treadmill.  I don't like running alone.

Kosmin(Cosmin?) test today.  I got over a hundred meters further than last time.  Really proud.  I am still far behind B and G and even J beat me.  I have to change that.  Don't eat oranges before speed workouts.

Parents were out of town so I couldn't do the dogtown.  I also had to stay and watch cousins so all I got was a really short run.  makes me sad.  It is also BORING if you have to run alone.  Avoid at all costs!

Another monday.  Since everyone else did the dogtown half marathon and was tired, we ran out in the desert by coach thatchers house.  it was hot,  and the orange chicken that I had for lunch did me no justice.  Plus I was already tired after running the mile time trial in PE.  My stomach still hurts.  (Thats where the extra mileage comes in)
