Wow. Haven't been here for a while, but its a Monday and I decided to give this blog thing a go. Today was hard. Plain and simple. I am still recovering and building stamina, but this work out kicked my trash. Twelve minute speed workout and recovery. I died, like twice. I did get an awful sideache. I think it was because of todays lunch at school. THEY NEED TO GIVE US MORE FOOD!!!!!!!!!!! Got to remember to bring something to eat before practice.
